We are genuinely sorry that Heyweek have not met your expectations.

How do I get a refund?

Within 2 weeks of the charge for your subscription, we ask that you contact us to refund you.

After 2 weeks, we will NOT be able to refund you, this applies for both monthly and annual plans. You will need to cancel or modify the subscription on the Subscription page to avoid future charges.
