If for any reason, you will not be able to use Heyweek for a while, you have the option to pause your subscription for the time being.

Note: Pausing/unpausing your subscription is an action that can only be taken on your account page. Pausing your subscription won't delete your account. When you resume your subscription, everything will be as you left it.

You can pause your subscription for as long as you wish.

While your subscription is paused, you will not be able to work in Heyweek and will not be charged.

You will be charged on the day your subscription resumes, marking the start of a new billing cycle.
